Following the decision in [Unison]() in which it was declared that imposing fees for bringing a claim to the ET was unlawful, it should also be noted that the £600 fee for judicial mediation (which was payable by the Respondent) no longer applies (see the last paragraph of question 7 in the working group's response to the consultation on calculating pension loss here.
