Our CPD is fully accredited by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, Bar Standards Board and Institute of Legal Executives. You can use Employment Cases Update to claim CPD as set out below:
Solicitors: you can claim 12 of your required 16 hours each CPD year. The remaining 4 hours must be claimed by attendance at a public course organised by an accredited CPD provider.
Barristers: you can claim all 12 hours of your annual requirement using our service. Please note: you must successfully complete at least 3 questions (equivalent to 30 minutes of CPD) for the time to count towards your CPD requirements.
Legal Executives: you can claim all your annual requirement provided that you specialise in employment law. If employment law is not your specialist area you can claim 50% of your CPD using this site.
