Employment Tribunal judgments will be available to search online from early 2017.

The confirmation of this timetable is contained in the minutes to the October meeting of the National User Group.

The minutes also confirm that only new judgments will be published and that the search facilities would use drop down menus and free text search.

Judgments prior to go live will still be available at Glasgow and Bury St Edmunds as is the case now.
