Consolidated Employment Tribunal Rules
A consolidated version of the Rules up to date as at 17 February 2015
HMCTS and BIS have published an updated version of the tribunal procedural rules contained in Schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunal (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.
It incorporates amendments made by SIs 2014/271, 2014/611 and 2014/787 plus two statutes.
